Morning coffee companion

Having coffee and hot chocolate, respectively, during preschool and naptime, depending on the sister ;)  This of course was on a nice warm day in October.  Liam is such a fun guy and I enjoy our times to hang out just the two of us :)

Princess Room!!

For Charlotte's Christmas and Birthday, we did a room makeover!

We found a set of Dixie (manufactured in Thomasville, NC many years ago) furniture for a steal on craigslist!!

added some Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax...

found some bedding (Charlotte's pick..and check out the name of the pattern~it was meant to be!) and even got another 20% off thanks to a super helpful BB&B employee!

"princess" papered and mod podged the insides of the drawers for a fresh start..

and patched and painted the once yellowy-peach-pink and dinged up walls a nice neutral..

complete with custom (by me...el cheapo!) wall decor!  She loves her princess room..she said her favorite part is the canopy over her bed :)

Liam's Disney On Ice!

We had a great time taking Liam to see the show! There were 4 storylines: cars, toy story 3, tinkerbell and Ariel. We had a blast, even though we were missing Charlotte (who stayed home with Emory, Nana and Poppy for behavior reasons :( ) it was neat to get to do something fun with just him!'

Maw Maw and Paw Paw Visit!!

In early October, Pam and Tony came down for the weekend! We had a blast going to the Renaissance Festival and Hodges Pumpkin Farm!! Love y'all!!

Liam turned three!!!! We love our strong, kind, handsome, smart little man!! He enjoyed his (literal) week of little parties!! Spidey!!
